Negative on that one, a LTCF gives you the right to carry concealed or to carry a loaded pistol in a car. It does not require you to conceal carry. Your sheriff may tell you otherwise. A few years back a woman in Lebanon Co had her permit revoked due to her open carrying, the sheriff took her to court and lost. Open carry is only an issue in cities of the "first class". The only one in the state is Philly. Cities do not have the governing ability to supersede the state law. Therefore local ordinances are null and void. You guys talking about one of these? Top one is a paradox rifled choke, the bottom one is a straight cylinder bore barrel extension. I just threw the two round mag in there since I think they are cool I've only ever seen this one up for sale, he ordered it from Russia at much more an expense than what I paid for it. My used 10/22 had no problems feeding off factory mags and Butler Creek hot lips mags. Now that I have a new barrel the chamber is a little tighter and with subsonics i have to clean it a little more. Runs like a top with high velocity stuff though. But since I got a suppressor for it I really don't shoot alot of high velocity anymore

IIRC the guy who "converted" the USAS-12 mags to work in the Saiga said it wasn't reliable and it was a huge pain to get ass to get the stick mags to run, forget the drums.

Mine took a 10 ton press to come off......course I only had about 8,000 rounds through it at the time so that might of had something to do with it.
