Here is the other dust cover. Unfortunatley, my camera is from 1997 and its hard to get a good close detailed pic but i think you can still make out the stamped "ramp" on the front of the cover. Stamped "ramp" circled in red. This cover fits very snug.

I have been extremely pleased with my FNP45 so far! FN is also releasing the new designed FNX (9mm & .40) line of pistols and the FNP45 tactical this year.

^ Thats about right for the price but i have no idea on the shipping since he states it would be 5-6 day air on that site. I have no doubt that wood is of the highest quality tho. Just depends on whether or not you are willing to pay for the authenticity? I emailed Iron Wood Designs a couple weeks ago. They stated, that they have had alot of requests for Saiga specific wood (no HG retainer, OE Saiga mount locations) and that they are planning to produce a product sometime this year. The above picture (found in the picture thread) is why i e-mailed them, before this topic was even started.

Thanks for the info. This one i have is an FN Belgian made piece, not the FM Argentinian version. Do you guys know any good sites that go into detail about the HP and its design changes/history?

I'm not sure how this one was acquired and brought over here. I wish i could trace the history into detail but as far as i can get, is that it was issued to either Waffen SS or Luftwaffe. I stand corrected tho, it is not a 1937, it is a 1942. Its a great piece of history though.
