Every topic is catergorized so you have to look at every section at there dates to see whats new.. I dont like this.. i might not be so frequent on here anymore due to this change.. It looks pretty much the same for me. At least as far as the layout. Obviously I can see the color scheme change and whatnot, but as far as viewing topics, nothing looks different to me. I could use my laptop as a search & rescue spotlight as it is. It kinda hurts my eyes. It figures, Murphy's law & all that as soon as I figure out how to navigate this forum well, everything would change. Just glad it's back online though. I am familiar with RSS feeds, but I see some new posts on here from people by just browsing, but not through the RSS. I double checked my settings like you suggested, then refreshed my RSS and view new posts since last visit does not show up. It seems like it is showing new topics instead of new replies. The last one that shows up is like 11:42 yesterday My lil girl all growns up... Yesterday, September 12, 2009, 11:42:45 PM?????????? I always used view new posts since last visit as an easy way to see who was commenting on what. Can't seem to do that now. Thoughts on this Nalioth. Anyone? Ahhhh......... I'm sitting in a decently lit living room (the same setting as I've always surfed online) and it feels like when you look at a computer screen, when you're in a DARK room; blinding. Just at least darkening up the background of the board would easily fix this. -Like someone else said; there's not much distinction between the stickies and regular posts. It looks all mushed together. This last one is not a comment on the change, but something I think should be added to the change. I think it's a really good idea (and so do others, given their responses when I proposed it): Make the logo/graphics that are below each Business Member's sub-forum, into a hot link to their site if they have one. I brought it up here: http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=38765&view=findpost&p=386965 , but nothing ever came of it. Others thought it was a good idea too. .....and this would seem to be an even more useful change, now, because I don't see any banners at all up top like we used to have. This is gonna keep a lot of folks from seeing the full size images. VBulletin recently put out an upgrade that also uses flash to display the attached image, but with VBulletin, you can ctrl- or middle-click the thumbnail and it'll open in a new tab/window. I'm just stating that I'm not a fan of this particular change. (I'm not sure why, but I hate "tabs", so the middle-clicking or Ctrl thing don't do it for me.
