The feds finally did it!!!" And today, O.o "What the hell?" *pokes new layout with a stick* It will take me a little while but I'll get used to it. Now that is funny!.. Evil black works great on guns, not on web pages. It would be kindof cool if users could choose thier own color background, so gaddis can have his porno-friendly saiga-12 page, and you can have your white-knight theme... really though, its not all that bad, Its kept a lot of the feel of the old one, and that important. I've seen forums drop off the planet after a upgrade reduced old content, or user friendlyness... I'm sure the bugs arn't all worked out yet... but i'm interested to see what this turns into. If you want to go back and reply to someone you've already exchanged a few messages with (like an ongoing conversation with a customer about business), it won't let you do that. That sucks. I use a number of computers and I'm sure it will look great on my 22" LCD but my first time with it i'm using my netbook and it's not as easy with this smaller screen size. You should have looked at the bright side of things, like how much better the the new PM system is with regards to keeping up with business conversations an follow up... For the time being, you could try one of the new skins called "ClearCut" and see if you like, although there could be some small rendering errors in it as that skin is still in "Beta" stage. Frosty The New Posts function is now found just above the online members list on the front page. It is now called view active content. I think it is only limited to 24 hours though. I mean, look at the pastel colors for quotes! I'm sure I'll get used to the new format, it just may take a while. I like the voting option on posts, if enough bad votes are received is the post hidden? What is the reputation feature that Cobra pointed out? Is that for mod use only?
