$4xx Saigas available?

Recommended Posts

Quick question. Is there anybody out there selling new saiga 109s for a sub 500 price? I thought I ran across one at 489 but then it was taken down and listed with a 600+ price. Not sure if it was a mistake or what, but I was just wondering where you guys have been buying your S12s? BTW local area prices are 600.

This is where I got mine. Still $300 more than it should be but $499 is about as good as you get these days.

I just got mine from Arms of America. $499 + free shipping. Was shipped right out the day I ordered. Everywhere else that had comparable prices were out of stock and some even tried to charge an extra non-cash fee for using a credit card (Atlantic Firearms). Very happy with Arms of America!

Here in Houston there is a gun show every 3 weeks at least, one this weekend and another next weekend. Saiga 12 for as low was $440.00 today, surely one of the gun show vendors has an online store. Of course I looked all over the place and could not find one 5.45 for my next project.

Actually, another board I frequent has a group-buy going on 'em for 475. And that's in the Pac NW, mind you, where gun prices are always inflated...

Just be warned, if you're trapped in Soviet Socialist Kleptofuckocracy of Seattlegrad you have to pay sales tax on not just the transfer-fee and shipping but the "fair market value" of the firearm. And knowing these pinko fucktards, they don't mean "national average FMV" but the ridiculous bullshit inflated local-price...

Yeah, I agree it's bad law and possibly vulnerable to court-challenge, but like I said we're dealing with Marxist kleptocrat fucktards.

I don't know what dealer your buying from but I have never paid sales tax on a transfer nor on fair market value of anything. Just the dealer transfer fee. The guy I use charges $20 if he charges me at all. I'm in South King Co. I never charged more than $20 when I had an FFL and never sales tax except for sales tax on the $20.

Dept. of Revenue just started cracking down from what I hear, part of all the new taxes the Demtards rammed through this session. You a member over at NorthwestFirearms.com?

Mississippi Auto Arms, Inc. $499.00 +shipping (reasonable). Just ordered my latest 109 from them. Super friendly and fast service, three days from order placed to delivery at my FFL. Also, they have a great selection of accessories and conversion parts and will ship everything for one price if ordered with the gun. I saved quite a bit that way.

I am but Ive bought and sold literally hundreds of guns over 20+ years and Ive never heard of anyone actually paying the sales tax on a transferred gun. I certainly havent and neither have the dealers I use. The topic comes up every now and then but Its one of those things that seems to be a bad if somewhat legitimate rumor more than a concrete reality. Did a transfer just yesterday on a Glock in South King County and not a mention of it.

You post it once I might think you're just calling attention to a good deal, but you start a new thread with detailed ordering info it becomes a free ad for a noncontributor/nonbusiness member of the forum. That's not fair to our paying business members that sell the same product. Can't do that.

When business members who pay to support this forum and its growth take notice and object to the posting of thinly veiled ads for nonbusiness members who do not support the forum and who would profit from the members here, then it is a moderator's job to step in and rectify the situation. No twisting of logic is involved on my part, but obviously is on yours by trying to imply that a mod's job is contrary to the best interests of the forum, which is in and of itself illogical. Your enthusiasm for the Saiga platform is greatly appreciated, but there are rules and guidelines that need be adhered to in this private forum. Nothing personal--just doing what I'm supposed to. You are new here--dip your toes into the water before you jump in head first.

I see subtlety is totally beyond your comprehension. The forum has thousands of contributors, and a select group of business members. That aspect seems to have escaped you. My position here is totally voluntary, so you are wrong--I do not benefit at all. You don't know when to listen and not just talk. Take a week off from here and learn. No, really--I insist.
