  1. Looks cool. Is there a quick way to disconect it to get to the dust cover, or do you have to remove the alan head?
  2. I carry my cheapo Rohm around in an uncle mikes 5" like in this picture. Cheap and effective, and they come in many sizes.
  3. My mom got pet ins. for her mini-pin a few years ago because she was diagnosed with valley fever. They let her get it even though it was a preexisting condition and I think she only pays about $30 a month. She still spends about $500 a year on testing, meds, and other procedures but that's not even a third of what it would cost at full price. If she didn't have the ins. that dog would probably no longer be with us. I'd say it's worth it especially if you have an animal that is prone to some condition.
  4. I got this little guy. It's cheap and comes with a clamp mount with 2 rails on it so you can put a sling on. I went with the home made swivel cap though. I tried the plastic mount and stripped the screw after installing it twice. I would stay away from that one.
  5. I use the Ergo LowPro covers and I like those. Plus it's not as bulky.
  6. Nice. Good idea for those who don't have access to a press, like me.
  7. I'm glad I live in Az. The burden of proof falls on the criminal that got shot (killed) to prove he was not supposed to be shot. Dead men tell no tales. If someone breaks into my home, they will most likely have a weapon such as a crow bar or something to get them through the door. And if I come out with my 12g loaded with slugs and flashlight blaring, see a weapon in hand, that guy has a very short time to hit the floor or hit the bricks. I hope I never have to use any of my guns to shoot some one, but I'm not going to pull it out unless I intend on ending some ones life. However, if you
  8. Did you try grinding it down so it is smaller? Or you can do what I did and weld a tab on the side and cut it even shorter so it sits flush with the receiver when in bho mode, and only hangs down a little in released mode.
  9. JibJab kicks ass. This video is a good one http://sendables.jibjab.com/originals/weir...illy?cmpid=1183
  10. Christine? I hope she don't come alive Good job man, and I feel you on the sweating profusely in a warehouse. Not so fun.
  11. Well it worked perfect, not a single problem. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Now I'm just waiting for my friend who did the camera work so I can post another video of it in action. Only a couple more things and I'm done (for now)
  12. Yup, I hear of good deals but they are few and far between. If your ammo dealer is just putting up restrictions than they must be a little behind. Wally world by me has had those signs up for months, and even the little shops. However, I just got some slugs from Wally world and they had 100 to 150 rounds of 7.62x39. And I heard some one say Bass pro and Cabellas had some too. I prefer online because it is cheaper though.
  13. Not sure about fiber optic sights, but you can get Tritium drop in sights for $70 here. I just tried mine out and they work great.
  14. Yes sir, I'm going to test fire it now if it doesn't start pouring rain. Az style. Hopefully I'll have another vid tonight of it working and firing.
  15. Cute....Now wash your hands you dirty little f*cker. LOL, oh there clean. I have to wash my tattoo every 4-6 hours. With gun modificating in between.
  16. Whew, got it done. Here's a short video. Sorry it's so crappy, but I have a crappy camera.
  17. MAA said all of theirs where dimpled and only $379
  18. If I had a grand, I wouldn't mind a DE 44 Mag Then again, you can't go wrong with an SBS like this one.
  19. There is another problem. USPS is the worst at tracking. I had a package not arrive at my home a few years ago and it said it was. Came to find out they delivered it across the street. At least yours is insured.
  20. Yes, but he is using the stock retention spring so he needs those pins to hold it in place. Using one of the retention plates or the pin that comes with the modified FCG eliminates the need for the binding posts. Most people just plug those holes.
