UN Arms Trade Treaty passed.

Only if you know who gets re-elected... another underscore to a very important November Tuesday. "Only" isn't the word I'd use. "Likely" doesn't undersell the potential for what's-his-name to do the same thing. -

Dang, King. That's the one you got from your buddy? Nice shooting! -
Somewhere in Sweden... "We've got this great sighting system, and we need you marketing guys to come up with a good name for the product." "What kind of sighting system is it?" "It's a red dot, but instead of a dot, it's a ring." "A red ring?" "Yes. Now, we need a name by tomorrow morning and can only afford to pay you guys 10 Euros, so get cracking!" Seriously though, I'm underwhelmed. Even though I enjoy it immensely I'm a terrible clayshooter, so one would think that I'd be excited to find something that would seem to be in a position to help me break more clays. For all the

If someone misapprehends statistics to the extent that they play the lottery, then they might be sufficiently ignorant to misapprehend causation. * Edited to reduce accusatory tone. -

It's nice to see a woman who knows her way around guns (even better that she's attractive to boot). -

So he died eventually? They might as well have shot cigarettes into his mouth. -
Rectal or oral? There is a difference. That depends on whether you insert from the breech or muzzle.

I have nothing to contribute to the discussion on pump guns, but I will note that the title should be "Pump guns have fewer ways to fail..."

The leaves on mine are all just about the same, but I have noticed the shapes of the ramps on the rifles seem to differ in shape between my .308 and .223 Saigas and 7.62x39mm Bulgarian. I can't get a good measurement on any of them to verify that this isn't an optical illusion, but it makes sense that sights that are intended for cartridges with different trajectories would be represented with different ramps. I don't know if that's a co-witness as the term is generally understood on this board. If memory serves, most people refer to sights that can be viewed through the optic as "co-wit

I love The Onion. Sometimes I wish it was a real news outlet so I could, as Charlie Chaplin said, laugh in the face of my own helplessness against the forces of nature instead of going insane. -
Tech Sights?

I'm not sure what Stryker is talking about on several of his points. First, the aperture tower slides back to exactly the same spot every time until you start wearing down either your rear trunnion or the tower. I'm not sure when either of those will happen to an extent that will affect the sight's repeatability or accuracy. Maybe Stryker has information that can shed some light on this, especially as to how it compares to the manufacturing tolerances of standard rear sight leaves, which could magnify sighting errors caused by misalignment by the nature of their position relative the front -
As I learned in this thread, it is possible to thread a 0.670" muzzle for 5/8-24 using a regular die, stock, and a TAT. That might make it easier to get the tools, or at least open up your options. The rifle looks great already, by the way!

I believe you're infringing on some of evlblkwpnz patents... he's been shooting his S12 off his nether-regions for years now. He does NOT have taint exclusivity. Only twig and berries. Does installing the Taint Stock require modification of the poon tang?

My red dots gravitate toward an amidships mounting position. If it's on an Ultimak, I'd set it toward the rear; if it's on a receiver mount, I set it forward. -

You don't need to concern yourself with your Glock being able to handle +P ammo. Just be sure your +P ammo is capable of handling Glocks.
