Estate Heavy Field work good in my Tromix. 7.5 shot, and they cycle every time. Gander has them on sale once in awhile. Also, if you have a Gander MasterCard, you can do like I did. Save up credits until you get enough and walk out with 2 cases for FREE.

See how it shoots. If it's MOA like in your post on the other forum, then leave it alone. After you do this, the edges of your lands will not be as sharp, possibly degrading accuracy. THere is a REASON most barrel makers DON'T recommend "fire lapping".

It might help a rough bore. If it shoots <4MOA I wouldn't do it. Worse, what could it hurt? NO WAY would I use it on a sub-MOA barrel.

Interesting idea, and if you use some of the super-powerful rare earth magnets, it'd be hell to separate without some kind of lever to pry them apart. It'd be almost as good as bolted together.

Saiga-12. Converted to proper configuration by none other than TROMIX! Why? 12ga is the most common shotgun gauge available. Powerful enough to stop a big block V8 with slugs. (We trained on how to do that in the Army using 12ga pumps, so YES, 12ga slugs WILL kill an engine!) Also, if a REAL Tigr is being imported and it's not ridiculously priced, I WANT ONE! I looked at the current crop of SVDs (yes, I know they're not the same (SIGH) ) and they look like they were made using a dull saw.

Actually, 0.97C is max through copper wire. It starts out on copper inside the mike, hence 0.97C. /geekspeak off. WOW! Once in awhile all that skoolin' pays off!
