Funny thing is, the 4 digit flight # of the plane she refused to get back on, came up in one of the lotto drawings that night! No joke.

15? Ouch. It took us 17 to get from NY to SC, but we had a huge moving truck and trailer (slow as hell) and hit tons of construction. We're hoping to make it back down here in 11 hours on the trip back, as we'll just have 1 car and will be able to go over 65, lol.

Well I lost the battle once my girl saw the 4 month old Chihuahua they had. Hopefully she doesn't turn out to be as yip-yappy as my parents' Chihuahuas! She is cute though. Tiny as hell, but probably better for our apartment living. I'm still gonna get a medium to large dog once we get a house.

No doubt, Pauly. My parents have 2 Chihuahua's. One they raised from near birth and he's got a fine temperament. The other was taken in from a former co-worker of my mom's, at about 8 years old. She's all sorts of screwed up. I always said, if she was the size of a "normal" dog and had that same attitude, she'd be BIG trouble.

Actually what I need is an upper or two. Got a couple of matching (consecutive) numbered Bushmaster lowers really wanting to grow up to be whole rifles....lol.

I ended up with way more lowers than I did uppers. Got in a phase where I bought stripped lowers just to assemble them, 'cause it was fun! lol

That's why I don't even attempt that shit anymore, I get distracted buying things I want instead of what I need at the time, haha.

The price difference was significant. Bass Pro had it priced at $600 something + tax. My local FFL quoted me for $550 out the door and a dealer online sells them for $525 shipped (+ $20 for my FFL's transfer fee).

$550 is right on target at the moment.. $600 is tooo steep.. IMHO.
