Dust cover is off. The carrier is buffed. I melted the paint off cleaning tar out of the firing pin channel.

Its in 240 fps and then reduced in editing by half. Camera is a casio exilim ZR100.

They make vented goggles for over head drilling. I have a pair for when we do facing.

Industrial machine dealers throw off your perception of size. I asked for a small press and I end up in a row of 500+ ton machines. Maintaining them is not terrible provided the pump is well made. If its made with log spliter parts its going to break down all the time. Most of mine go two years between servicing.

You gonna install a light curtain for that thing? We have a 75 ton Minister press for my school with light curtains installed as a safety feature. They're made by Link Systems. They're not cheap but a person is priceless. Presses are dangerous enough as it is.

Not sure what will be used. Most presses have double palm buttons. I have a nagging fear of splitting a die, so I may go with a thick lexan door with a auto latch and sensor. It would probably be safer since it prevents anything from getting in there, rather then locking the press up every time a dust bunny floats by. Light curtains are not that bad if you already have a PLC for it to interact with. The stand alone setups are $3K+ with a PLC they are about $175 depending on size and...

I've yet to have a visitor from up north say on a normal July day "gee its just like home". Most complain that they are dying ect. ect. But hey August is right around the corner, great time to visit FL. Just don't chicken out and run your AC the whole time.

Its not a banner add. Its just an old text bar that states free shipping, which is something we used to do.. I think it was just reverting to the saved version of the website rather then our current version.

The batch we made was 10 lbs pork 10 lbs beef and 5 lbs deer. Basically all the older meat out of the freezer. Then about 5 lbs of onions and 25 lbs potatoes. The mix is course ground and stuffed into natural sausage casings and boiled for 10 minutes followed by a basting of bacon fat and then baked for 30 minutes.
